Student School Internships
​

Apply for a student internship for the Asheville School of Film in Asheville, NC.  Our internships are separate from the classes, and last for either 2 months or 6 months.  Generally we have at least two interns at any given time, with a new intern potentially starting the first of each month (overlapping internships).  Having an internship with ASOF is an exciting experience!  Every week may vary in duties and needs.  Interns may be asked to provide a variety of duties, from computer marketing, to classroom assistance or film production assistance.  Every job is important in it's own way.  The more available you are, the better!  Call or email for the next available start-date for an internship.

Highlights:
  • Unpaid student internship for ASoF; minimum of of 3 hours per week for 2 or 6 months total
  • Make film industry contacts locally, regionally, and nationally
  • Assist in student film production shoots 
  • Letters of Recommendation for future education institutions
  • Broaden film industry Resume
  • Tuition discount (50% off) for any future 8 week film class with successful completion of the 2 month internship; Tuition discount (100% off) for any future 8 week film class with successful completion of the 6 month internship.
  • Minimum age 16 yr

Event Promotion at Film Festivals
Assist Open House Events
Assist in Film Classes and Student Film Production shoots
Film, Event, and Promotional Photo Stills
Social Media Marketing and Website Updates
