This workshop will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 13th and 14th, 2024, 9 am- 5 pm (this workshop has been CANCELLED). Topics covered will include, but not limited to, unique job responsibilities, applicable software, set logistics, and terminology specific to the field. The workshop builds to a hands-on practicum (Day 2) using live actors on set, where you will practice the art of Script Supervising and troubleshoot potential complications encountered during a scene. The weekend concludes with critical information on job resources and industry networking.
Cost for the course is $250 ($200 for Alumni). Class size will be limited, and there is a minimum number of students required to run the class. No prerequisites are required, and this course is appropriate for both beginners and intermediate level film students.
