Youth Summer
Program

Our information and experienced packed Youth Summer Program is back for 2023 with TWO options for teens:

1) For youth, aged 12-14 yr old, we have a Youth Film Fun (Day) Camp.  This class will be held 9:30 am- 12 Noon, for one week, Monday to Friday.  Dates available are June 12-16th or June 19th- 23rd, 2023.
Students will focus on a single filmmaking activity per day, such as lighting for mood, story development, shooting coverage, camera operation basics, and editing exercises.  The cost for this camp is $185.

2) For older teens, aged 15-18 yr old, we offer a more involved project oriented Teen Film Project Course.  This course will be offered in 2 options:  a 2 week rotation June 12th-23rd, 2023,  Monday to Friday, from 12:30- 3:30 pm, and a 1 week rotation August 7-11th, 2023 from 9:30-3:30 pm.
Here teens will build their higher education resume while creating a group short narrative film using high quality, professional equipment, exploring career interests along the way.   Cost of this course is $495.
For an additional $75, students can choose to have access to the final project (after editing and rendering), and can use such a project for future reels, applications and resumes!  Additionally, a free movie screening will be available at a later date (TBA) for friends/family to see the project on the big screen at a local theater.
