A Guide to Capturing Great Audio for Your Film and Video Projects
One of the most easily overlooked aspects of filmmaking and videography is how to capture good audio. Join professional Production Sound Mixer John Skoglund, CAS, as he introduces students to professional techniques and equipment that will aid in creating usable sound. John has over 15 years experience recording and mixing in film and television, from Atlanta to Wilmington. As a Union member, he has worked on features such as The Hunger Games, MAX, Do Revenge, Descendents 4, and Ironman 3, and numerous TV series for Fox, FX, ABC, CBS, Showtime, BET, CW, Apple TV, Lifetime, plus more.
Cost for the workshop is only $45 ($36 for Alumni) and will be held from 1 pm-5 pm, on Saturday November 18th, 2023.
